Service terms for Carolina Keystone Group
These terms apply to all services. Service-specific details and pricing are listed in your order and in the checkout flow.

Agreement and scope
- These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Carolina Keystone Group.
- Your order, checkout, and any written proposals form part of this agreement.
- Service Schedules define plan features, storage allowances, and included support.
Services covered
- Website design and development, hosting, maintenance, and related digital services.
- Content editor access is limited to approved text updates and menu labels.
- Service details, timelines, and deliverables are defined in your order or project scope.
Payments and billing
- Website build fees are due in full before work begins unless a financing plan is selected.
- Financing is offered over 12 monthly payments with a 20% total increase. The first payment is due at checkout.
- Hosting is billed monthly or annually in advance and renews automatically unless canceled.
Taxes and refunds
- Services are taxed as website design or website hosting where applicable.
- Website build payments are non-refundable once work has started.
- Hosting fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, service remains active through the end of the paid term.
Client responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing timely content, approvals, and access.
- You confirm you have rights to all content provided.
- You are responsible for any edits you submit through the content editor.
Hosting, storage, and backups
- Storage allowances are defined by plan and apply to site files and media assets.
- We provide best-effort uptime and monitoring. Planned or emergency maintenance may cause brief interruptions.
- Backups are best-effort and not guaranteed in all circumstances.
Analytics and reporting
- Analytics and monthly summaries are provided when enabled and depend on third-party data sources.
- Reports are informational only and may be delayed or incomplete.
- We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or business outcomes.
Support
- Support hours: email 8:30am-4:30pm ET; phone 7:30-8:30am and 4:30-8:30pm ET.
- Service response times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.
Liability
- Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- Liability is limited to the lesser of $250 or the fees paid in the last 30 days.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
